 At the new Dandelion Childcare and Early Learning Centre at 637 Melbourne Road, Spotswood, the civil, fire, and hydraulic packages were completed to full compliance standards and delivered on program with the principal contractor.

 Our team delivered the civil, fire, and hydraulic services packages for the Bunnings Warehouse expansion in Coburg North, a $3 to $4 million commercial retail redevelopment. All works were completed to full compliance standards while the store remained open and trading, with the project delivered on program alongside the principal contractor and wider trade team.

 Bulk hot water unit upgrades were carried out at the Seasons Heritage Hotel on St Kilda Road, a heritage listed apartment hotel near Melbourne's CBD. Works were completed to full compliance standards with minimal disruption to guests and hotel operations.

 The Avenue, a collection of 35 architecturally designed residences in Spotswood, is currently under construction with completion anticipated in 2027, and the civil, fire, and hydraulic packages for all underground works were delivered. 

 Civil, fire, and hydraulic services packages were delivered as part of the modernisation of Burwood East Special Developmental School, which replaced existing relocatable buildings with two new learning buildings featuring classrooms, activity spaces, and kitchen facilities.  As part of Heathdale Christian College's $130 million campus master plan, new learning buildings were delivered on the Werribee site, and the civil, fire, and hydraulic packages were completed to full compliance standards, delivered on program with the principal contractor.

 Nido's newest childcare centre at 29 Manningham Road, Bulleen, was a new build spanning upper and lower levels with dedicated indoor and outdoor learning spaces, and the civil, fire, and hydraulic packages were completed to full compliance standards, delivered on program with the principal contractor.

 The hydraulic services package was delivered for the service station development in Melton, with works completed to full compliance standards on program alongside the principal contractor.

 Reece's plumbing and bathroom supplies branch on High Street, Armadale, underwent an expansion, with the civil, fire, and hydraulic packages completed to full compliance standards and delivered on program with the principal contractor.

 West Footscray's Reece plumbing and trade supplies branch on Mitford Parade was built from the ground up, with the civil, fire, and hydraulic packages completed to full compliance standards and delivered on program with the principal contractor.

 A purpose built new centre for Treetop Early Learning at 109-113 Epsom Road, Ascot Vale, approved for 142 children, saw the civil, fire, and hydraulic packages completed to full compliance standards, delivered on program with the principal contractor.

 The civil and hydraulic services packages were delivered for the new United service station build at 307 Williamstown Road, Yarraville, featuring a Quickstop convenience store and drive thru. Works were completed to full compliance standards and delivered on program alongside the principal contractor.
